At Global Delivered, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under specific conditions. Most items can be returned within 24 hours, except for those marked as “non-returnable.” Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after inspection. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 24 hours of delivery, except for products explicitly marked as “non-returnable.”
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- If the product arrives damaged within its packaging, you may be eligible for a return based on the product category.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support at info@globaltraderhub.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Late or missing refunds
- If the return meets all criteria, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.).
- If the returned item does not meet our return policy conditions, the refund will not be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@globaltraderhub.com and we’ll contact you.
